Easy parking and good instructions to find the property. Comfortable bed, we slept very well.- Private and fairly quiet for a ground floor apartment. The apartment is in a good location and parking was not a problem during our stay.
Poor shower, no pressure at all and unable to adjust the head. Quite a long walk into the center.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials, making it easy to cook meals. the bedroom was fresh and spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We also appreciated the complimentary toiletries, cereal, and milk that were provided. the apartment felt very safe with key entry to the building.

Spotlessly clean apartment with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Perfectly located near the centre of Edinburgh, with easy access to facilities and public transportation. Friendly staff who went above and beyond to accommodate us. The apartment felt safe and secure, with key entry to the building.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Great apartment for a Christmas getaway. the decor was lovely and the location was perfect, away from the main roads and in a quiet area. It was a short walk to the theatre and not too far from Waverly Station. the apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen with utensils and crockery. the owner was also very helpful and responsive, providing us with a comprehensive welcome pack. the complimentary toiletries, cereal, and milk were a nice touch.
The cleanliness of the bathroom was a major letdown. It was grimy, with pubic hair found between the holes in the bath mat.
